A: FundRaisingTees guarantees a 2-3 week turnaround time from the date order forms and payment are received.
Q: What kind of quality can we expect?
A: Our t-shirts are preshrunk 100% cotton. We use advanced screen-printing
techniques and specialty inks.
Q: What are the start-up costs?
A: Absolutely nothing! FundRaisingTees is a risk-free fundraiser from start to finish. Selling materials, prizes, and
shipping are all complimentary. There are no hidden charges!
Q: What are your minimum order requirements?
A: There are no minimum order requirements when you sell from our fundraising catalog. Minimums only apply if your group
chooses to create a custom t-shirt design.
Q: What shipping method do you use?
A: FundRaisingTees uses UPS Ground Service to ship your sales kits and t-shirts.
Q: How do you package the t-shirts?
A: Each fundraising participant will receive a drawstring bag, or box, (click here for example) with his or her name clearly marked on the outside.
Inside the bag, every t-shirt is individually packaged and labeled with both the seller’s and customer’s name. This system
makes it easy for the fundraising coordinator and parents to distribute the t-shirts.
Q: Do you offer any prize incentives to fundraising participants?
A: Yes, participants earn a free t-shirt of their choice for every 10 shirts that they sell. Participants must claim their
free shirts in the designated box on the order form.
Q: How much profit will we make?
A: Your group earns $5.00 for every t-shirt that it sells. Your profit potential is unlimited!
Q: How does my group get started?
A: It’s easy! Simply call or email FundRaisingTees to request your free sales kits. You can reach us at 800.926.6578 or
info@fundraisingtees.com. It will be helpful if you know how many group members
you have and when you would like to begin and end your fundraiser.
Q: How long do we have to fundraise?
A: FundRaisingTees allows you to set your own fundraising timeline because you know your schedule best. However, we strongly
suggest that you fund raise for a maximum of 2-3 weeks for optimal results. You don’t want to keep your supporters waiting a
long time for the t-shirts they purchased.
Q: How do your sizes run?
A: There is a size chart in the catalog to help you determine the size you should order. Our shirts run “true to size” and
are considered to be industry standard. The t-shirts are preshrunk.
Q: How do I submit my order?
A: Mail the white copies of the order forms and one check (payable to FundRaisingTees) to FundRaisingTees, 27 Pleasant Street,
Newfields, NH 03856. Include the Fundraising Summary form with your order.
Online Ordering
Q. What will online fundraising cost our group?
A. Online fundraising does not cost your group anything, but it can certainly add to the success of your fundraiser. But in
order to reap the rewards, you must spread the word! Make sure you ask friends, relatives, and neighbors to support your
fundraiser by visiting www.fundraisingtees.com.
Q. How do I credit the group and/or participant with my purchases?
A. After you have made your selection(s), you will be directed to the checkout process. At this point you will be asked to
enter the group code and participant name (required for prize credit). The profit from your purchase will be credited
automatically to the group you are supporting.
Q. Can I order by the group’s name if I do not have the group code?
A. Yes, look for your group name on the drop-down list or you may contact the fundraising coordinator for the group code.
Q. How does my child get credit for orders placed online?
A. Your child will receive credit for the products that are purchased during his/her group sale. The online customer must be
sure to enter your child’s name in the appropriate field during checkout.
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
A. Yes, FundRaisingTees’ website is secure for your protection.
Q. Do products ordered online ship directly to the customer or to the group?
A. When a customer makes an online purchase before we have received your group’s order, the customer has the option to ship
the shirt with the rest of the group’s order or directly to his or her home. Once your group’s order has been processed,
customers must have their purchases shipped to their home.
Q. If the group’s fundraiser is over, can I still buy products online?
A. Yes, for a limited time customers can still buy products online even though the group’s fundraiser has ended.
FundRaisingTees will credit a group for online purchases that are made after the fundraiser has concluded.
